    OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. was founded in September of 1999 by Jeff Barringer, formerly an International Networking Engineer with Compaq Computer Corporation, based on the success of his kingsnake.com web site. OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. owns all assets and liabilities of the former company, kingsnake.com publications.

    OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. was formed in 1999 according to the laws of state of Delaware and is authorized to operate in the state of Texas. OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. is currently working with a number of private firms to obtain investment capital to fund our expansion.
